Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 20, 2025
Welcome to The People's Lobby, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide advocacy, consulting, organizing, and policy services. All services are offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is determined following an initial consultation and outlined in a written contract. No services will be rendered without a signed agreement. Payment terms, project scope, and timelines will be included in the contract. Quotes provided during consultation are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Contracts and Modifications
Each client engagement requires a formal contract, which governs the scope of work and deliverables. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or terminate services if terms are not met. Any modifications to existing contracts must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are governed by the individual service contract. In general, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, notice must be given in accordance with your signed agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, and branding—is the property of The People's Lobby LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, The People's Lobby LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
